THE STORY ABOUT OM HANDPANS
Om Handpans is a story about a mother's love for her son. The mother's name is Dien. Her son's name is Ibni Rocks. Dien loves Ibni. Ibni loves handpans.
Ibni is 9 years olfd. He wakes up to play his handpans. Dien wakes up to make hot porridge for Ibni.
During the summer of 2023, at the end of the festival season Ibni was performing at HangOut UK. There were handpan players, performers and makers.
Ibni was fascinated by the makers process and wanted to learn more about how to make these instruments.
That's the start of Ibni's journey to travel the world to meet handpan makers in their workshops.
